  • What’s the difference between coworking, dedicated desk space, and private office? Answer: coworking space is out in the open, dedicated desk space means that you have your own space for your monitor, personal items, etc. for the month, private office is just that, private ;)

  • What size private offices are the Collective? We have private office space that ranges from 1-5 person offices with all different layouts that range from 62 sq/ft-225 sq/ft.

How long am I committed and how flexible is it?

  • What lease lengths are typical for Englewood cowork spaces? Here at the Collective we can do a minimum of 6 months for a private office space which makes it very flexible. We are month to month for our dedicated desks. We offer discounts for longer lease and multiple offices commitments.

  • What if I need to upgrade or downgrade during my lease at Broadway Collective? No problem!!! Our members have the option (based on office availability) to upgrade or downgrade during their lease. We GET the ebbs and flows of small business and are here to help, not hinder.

  • What are typical security deposit requirements? Answer: One month of rent.

What comes with the space?

  • Do Broadway Collective rentals include internet and printing service? 100% YES. We hate a bunch of one-off line items that other places charge. Wifi, printing, parking, coffee & tea are all included.

  • Are meeting rooms or conference rooms included? YES. Private offices get 6 hours each month and dedicated desks get 3 hours each month in either of our conference rooms.

  • We offer high touch customer service meaning, there is someone always on site for questions, troubleshooting, hosting, etc.

  • We have dedicated Mailboxes for all private office members to be google verified.

🚗 6. Parking & Access

Can my team and clients get here easily?

  • Is parking available at Broadway Collective? Yes! We have 21 onsite parking spaces in addition to street side parking on Broadway.

  • Are there transit options nearby? Yes, RTD has numerous stops on Broadway. We are also centrally located between Hampden and Belleview and just east of Sante Fe.

  • What are building hours and after-hours access policies? Members of the Collective have 24-7 access. We are a locked facility and have exterior and interior cameras. All private offices lock.

  • Is there space available for events, workshops, or client meetings? We have 2 conference rooms - one that fits up to 8 and the other up to 14. We also have a podcast room and 4 private phone booths for zooms, webinars and calls. We have an open area that is great for continuing education, masterminds and social events.
